Relativistic quantum-mechanical description of electromagnetic, inertial, andgravitational interactions of a Proca (spin-1) particle is presented. Covariantequations defining electromagnetic interactions of a Proca particle with theanomalous magnetic and electric dipole moments in Riemannian spacetimes areformulated. The relativistic Foldy-Wouthuysen transformation with allowance foronly terms proportional to the zero power of the Planck constant is performedas an example. The Hamiltonian obtained agrees with the correspondingHamiltonians derived for scalar and Dirac particles and with their classicalcounterpart.
